400 hours per Business Plan

November 23rd, 2008

In my first post, I mentioned that I wasn?t at the beginning of my journey. Although, I?m only a few steps past the starting line, I?ll catch you up to speed. In the spring of 2008 I started Vanward 30 LLC d/b/a Schwaps, which is my Real Estate investment company. Following the creation of the company, I used most of the summer to create its website and begin the tedious and exhausting process of writing the business plan for the company. The book that I purchased (The Complete Book of Business Plans)

to guide me says that it takes an average of 400 hours to create a business plan. By their timeline I have about 100 hours left. While the company business plan isn?t polished and complete, I have a great plan sketched out to help me reach my ultimate goal of a 7-figure net worth before the age of 30.
