June 17th, 2010

I finally got this video uploaded that I made a couple of weeks ago.? I don’t know why, but YouTube acts a little flaky sometimes with uploads.? Am I the only one experiencing this?? Anyway, this video goes over how I was able to streamline my offers to listed properties.? All that I had to do was setup a mail-merge and utilize the “Convert to Adobe PDF and email” function.? December 3rd, 2009

The bank pre-approval letter is going to be a mini-hurdle.? I have a 700 credit score and a decent income, but my debt to income ratio is through the roof (I finance a lot of my business on credit cards)!? I’m pretty sure that is a deal breaker.? I mean it’s not like I’m going to close on any of these houses, I just need the letter.? This is a classic, “It’s not what you know but who you know” situation.? I’ll figure it out.
