Ok. So I’ve been testing out some different methods of cracking this craigslist code lately. And I’ve got a new method going for me. However, I haven’t been using this method long. So instead of waiting another month to tell you about it and probably forgetting all-together, I’ll just unleash it now.

I finally finished all of the ads and instructions for my virtual assistant (VA) out of Bangladesh.? I didn’t realize how complex the scheme in my head was until I had to make it clear for someone else to abide by.? But if all goes as planned, I’m going to have a ridiculous number of new leads/contacts due to my CraigsList scheme.? The best part about this is that it’s going to kick major arse and I don’t have to do a thing.? This is awesome because I was really getting tired of posting and re-posting ads myself.? I think such activities were at least zapping an hour out of each day.? Hopefully, I can establish a long lasting business relationship with this VA.? The worst part about a relationship not working out…is having to start from square one to find someone else.
So I celebrated the brand-new day by spending it behind this computer.? I watched the parade in cali a bit and a few bowl games played in the background, but primarily I was focused on this laptop in my lap and I was working away.? I primarily worked on pulling the contact information of investors that invested in a condo development in town.? The condo development is Captstone Quarters, there are 208 units and according to my research all of them are non-owner occupied…translation = they’re being leased out.? And primarily leased out to college students as campus is a little less than a mile away from the development.
Over the weekend, created a tutorial video in which I performed a screen-scrape of the Broward County, Florida website.? The objective was to find the absentee owners of property in that county.? Shae Bynes, A fellow investor out of that area targets those who are absentee owners, so she was the beneficiary of this process.? Hopefully she’ll find some use of the list that was created.
It’s another Sunday and I’m a bit frustrated.? I have an assistant that is avoiding my calls and a lawyer who is under-delivering.
