Tech Tip #485 – Mail Merge to Email with Adobe Acrobat

I finally got this video uploaded that I made a couple of weeks ago.? I don’t know why, but YouTube acts a little flaky sometimes with uploads.? Am I the only one experiencing this?? Anyway, this video goes over how I was able to streamline my offers to listed properties.? All that I had to do was setup a mail-merge and utilize the “Convert to Adobe PDF and email” function.? Getting There

I’ve spent some time tonight revamping my PDF for the Illinois Realtor Residential Sales Contract.? Using Adobe Acrobat, I was able to make some tweaks and make every desirable field fillable electronically.? I can even include a (electronic) signature that I’ve scanned and uploaded to my Adobe account.? Once finished, I should be able to pump out offers quite expeditiously and not have to shuffle tangible papers and initial and sign, after printing out contracts.? I will shortly be on the prowl for MLS deals.? All offers will be purely electronic…Game On!
